FazzDiscCard offers three membership tiers as part of the fazaa network of premium services:

  • Gold: AED 2,499/year - Enhanced benefits with 15-25% savings and quarterly exclusive events
  • Platinum: AED 4,999/year - Premium benefits with 25-40% savings, VIP services, monthly exclusive events, and a dedicated concierge

How long is my membership valid?

All FazzDiscCard memberships are valid for one year from the date of issuance. You will receive a renewal notification 30 days before your membership expires, giving you the opportunity to continue enjoying the fazaa network benefits without interruption.

If you choose to upgrade your membership tier during renewal, the new membership period will begin from the date of upgrade.

Can I upgrade my membership tier?

Yes, you can upgrade your FazzDiscCard membership tier at any time. When upgrading, you'll pay the difference between your current tier and the new tier on a pro-rated basis for the remaining period of your membership.

For example, if you have a Silver membership with 6 months remaining and wish to upgrade to Gold, you would pay 50% of the difference between the Gold and Silver annual fees.

How do I use my FazzDiscCard at partner establishments?

Using your FazzDiscCard at any of our fazaa network partners is simple:

  3. The applicable discount or benefit will be applied to your purchase
